This data may include in particular:

- Access status / HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred

3. Disclosure of data
Your data is disclosed to third parties only where required by law or where you have previously given consent.
We use external service providers for certain processing activities, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery. These providers include hosting providers such as Netlify / MongoDB Atlas, payment providers Stripe and PayPal, and the email delivery service Resend. These providers process data only according to our instructions on the basis of data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We currently do not use our own cookies or comparable tracking technologies on our website.
During payment processing via the external payment providers Stripe and PayPal, to which you are redirected from our website, these providers may set technically necessary cookies. We have no influence over this data processing. Further information is available in the privacy policies of Stripe and PayPal.
You can restrict or prevent the setting of cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, functionality of external services, such as payment processing, may be limited.
5. Analytics tools: Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics allows us to evaluate use of our website, for example which pages are accessed and how often, in order to improve our offering.
Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies that enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have configured Google Analytics so that your IP address is shortened before transfer to Google (IP anonymization), so that direct personal identification is no longer possible.
Google Analytics is used only if you have given us your consent through the consent banner on our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by adjusting your cookie settings on our website or deleting the corresponding tracking cookies in your browser settings.
Google also processes data under its own responsibility in countries outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google under Art. 28 GDPR as well as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Further information about Google's data processing is available in Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and in the Google Analytics information at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
6. Use of our game / payment data
When you buy a game ticket, we process your payment and contact data, such as name, email and payment method, to perform the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance). This data is stored only for as long as necessary for processing or as required by statutory obligations.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. For email delivery, such as sending the access code, we use Resend. These service providers receive only the data required for their respective service and process it on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR (data processing on behalf of the controller).
7. Notification about new games / waitlist
If you register on our website with your email address to be informed about new games, for example the sequel "Hunt for the Louvre Thief", we process your email address exclusively for the purpose of notifying you about the release of new games or closely related updates.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
Your data is used exclusively for this purpose and is not disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, for example by sending an email to kontakt@i-detect-game.de. After withdrawal, your email address will be deleted without delay.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time.
